Zero Tolerance Abuse Policy: Piixora AI strictly prohibits the creation of non-consensual deepfakes, deceptive political media, sexually explicit imagery, or harassing content. Violations result in immediate IP termination.
1. Acceptable Content & Face Swap Consent
Users must have legal authorization and explicit consent before uploading photos of individuals for face swapping or manipulation. You may not upload non-consensual imagery, deepfakes designed to deceive, defamation, or content violating copyright regulations.
2. Commercial Use & Output Ownership
Free and Premium tier users retain full commercial and personal copyright rights to outputs generated using Piixora AI, subject to original source photo ownership rights.
3. Service Availability & Limits
Piixora AI reserves the right to modify daily quotas, throttle high-frequency automated requests, and suspend clients engaging in automated scraping or malicious reverse-engineering.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Neural AI outputs are generated through statistical diffusion models. Piixora AI makes no warranties regarding the complete artistic accuracy or fitness for specific legal identification purposes.
