2. Commercial Usage Rights

Both Free and Pro tier users have full commercial rights to use transformed images in digital media, marketing, websites, and personal portfolios, provided they do not infringe third-party copyrights or trademarks.

3. DMCA Takedown Procedure

Piixora AI respects the intellectual property rights of creators. If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded or manipulated without authorization, please submit a written DMCA notice to our designated agent containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (URL or image ID).
• Your contact information including name, email address, and physical address.
• A statement in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate.
